New Injection of Life

Imagine sitting on the cold hard floor alone in living room. No furniture at all but a lonely table perking up in the middle of it.  There is just emptiness and more emptiness growing inside you. No other sound except the whirring sound coming from your spinning ceiling fan.             I am that person. I am left alone to discover this new, hectic urbanized life.             Moving out from my hometown, I came to this new city of Kuala Lumpur with the hope of jumping into this pot of hustling and bustling people. As the capital of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur is indeed full of skyscrapers, luxury cars and well-dressed people in all-time.                 I am still experiencing culture shock -- wearing just a pair of slippers and pajamas-like clothes to just eat the dinner downstairs from my condo. Fake it really can make it when you are...

Fake it really can make it when you are human being with perseverance, passion and pen to jot down what I am going to tell to inspire you. 😏 Okay, here's the point. If you really think I have some magic to help you fake your life through and through, then you must be first time knowing me - because of how BS a person I am.      Fake it can definitely make it. There is a Malay saying: “ Melentur buluh biarlah dari rebungnya .”, which means that learning in a tender younger age is the best way to cultivate and nourish skills! It’s especially applicable for Asian’s KIASU personality or more specifically Chinese people???           I was definitely not excluded. I was sent to swimming lesson for my mom stating that drowning was very possible in this world covered of around 71% water. Hence, my mom sent every one of us siblings to learn swimming in a very early ages. Other than that, art class and taekwondo class since I was in primary school were attended too.           Truthfully, I am not here to ...
