A Responsible Human

What differentiates us with animals? This is a rather common question that a 10-year-old kid is capable of answering too. Human being has reason, analytical thinking and is rational living thing.

Being a responsible and ACCOUNTABLE individual is the least You and I can do. Take ownership that you relatively belong to and ought to do as a living creature on this earth.

Admit your fault.
Close off your egoism.
Count on your experience and skill.
Own up your mistakes.
Understand your SWOT.
Nip your bad SHIT in the bud.
Take your credit and reward, if you deserve it.
Apologize for your wrongdoings.
Be watchful of your mean mouth.
Let your creativity and innovation flow
Express yourself in the most humble yet daring way.

The worst thing in life is not that you do not admit something is your mistakes, but you have no idea that something is actually your fault. Being ignorant and un-knowledgeable is the worst of all. So, listen, think it through, make your decision and take the accountability.

Insecurity from nowhere

Recently I have been obsessed about this 2018 Thai TV-series. “Girl from nowhere” plots around a girl named Nanno, who transfers to different schools and exposes everyone’s dark secrets behind the facet of the 'innocent' education institution. Inspired by true story, this series really gives me all the feels and senses in brain! Nanno from Nowhere               To me, Nanno is the representation of our inner darkest side. In each episode, she shows up at different school to test and reveal  how evil humans can be .             When I was watching it, I was horrified and scared of the depiction of this character. Not the kind of standard horrifying scared scenes from the sudden appearance of ghost or bloodlust monster...

Mental Health 0.2: You are not a SAVIOR!

Helping vs Caring Do you really try to help in a good intention or something else?      When your loved ones are suffering or facing some problems, are you eager to help out by voicing out your solutions, your recommendations to do this and do that? You will be so contented and happy when they accept your methods, even if they actually did not really ask for it and haven’t completed what they wanna tell ya.  Yeah, you got that right! You maybe have some savior complex going on in you.      Savior complex , or called as white knight syndrome , is the time that you put your disgusting gross finger into other people’s businesses and think that you are saving their butt off. But, actually it is annoying to them because no one asks for them.      We literally live in a world surrounding of K-drama scenes broadcasting how the hero is saving the life of a depressed and financially draught girl from some traumatized moments. Why can'...

3 'Crazy' Ways to stay Healthy mentally & emotionally

Sitting on the train, keeping a 1.5m social distancing from other passengers, looking outside to see scenery views passing by rapidly, everything feels calm and quiet. This is what I secretly like. Deep down.           In my 20-year-plus life, I'm being labeled as an ‘extrovert’, ‘crazy bitch’, daredevil and annoying LOUD chick.           Those bewildering moments have been locked into my deepest side of memories ever since I step my foot into adulthood. Those memories start to fade away and all it's left is some tiny bits of here and there. It was as if the time you thought you forgot to brush your teeth and you went to re-brush it for the second time within 2 hours. I don't even know whether I could trust my own memories or not! But it doesn’t mean you can’t do those adrenaline-rushing things anymore. You have to create your own crazy version of healthy adult life now! Let me tell you: when you start to like e...
