A Responsible Human

What differentiates us with animals? This is a rather common question that a 10-year-old kid is capable of answering too. Human being has reason, analytical thinking and is rational living thing.

Being a responsible and ACCOUNTABLE individual is the least You and I can do. Take ownership that you relatively belong to and ought to do as a living creature on this earth.

Admit your fault.
Close off your egoism.
Count on your experience and skill.
Own up your mistakes.
Understand your SWOT.
Nip your bad SHIT in the bud.
Take your credit and reward, if you deserve it.
Apologize for your wrongdoings.
Be watchful of your mean mouth.
Let your creativity and innovation flow
Express yourself in the most humble yet daring way.

The worst thing in life is not that you do not admit something is your mistakes, but you have no idea that something is actually your fault. Being ignorant and un-knowledgeable is the worst of all. So, listen, think it through, make your decision and take the accountability.

What's scarier than you do the same thing over and over but you are still doing it

If you are born and raised from an Asian family, I am sure that 99.8% of you had been forced to attend some sorts of extra classes or advancement courses to “improve” ourselves while we were young (0.02% were probably crying their eyeballs out to get their getaway card). There is a Malay saying: “ Melentur buluh biarlah dari rebungnya .”, which means that learning in a tender younger age is the best way to cultivate and nourish skills! It’s especially applicable for Asian’s KIASU personality or more specifically Chinese people???           I was definitely not excluded. I was sent to swimming lesson for my mom stating that drowning was very possible in this world covered of around 71% water. Hence, my mom sent every one of us siblings to learn swimming in a very early ages. Other than that, art class and taekwondo class since I was in primary school were attended too.           Truthfully, I am not here to ...

Random Rant: BF vs BFF

F.R.I.E.N.D VS B.O.Y.F.R.I.E.N.D Both of these words has ‘Friend’ in it, yet the meaning can be so far-fetched and different. Personally, friend is so much easy to handle than boyfriend. Justification? a) Friend will be always there since everyone can be made as your friend as long as you are willing to open your heart out and throw some jokes here and there and nod along. Basically what I do. b) Friend is someone whom you have fun with, share some stories, and have common of interest. Most of the time, you will have fun with your friends. Even in some times, maybe someone will throw some shades and bad things about you, just move on as there are plenty of friends out there that you will eventually find in match with you. c) Your expectation won’t be that high as compared to your boyfriend/lover/couple. Since they are your friends, if they did something annoying or some trivial mistakes, you can easily brush it off since who cares? You could always end up teasing your fri...

not Cool being Fool but acting Cool is Foolish

The most daunting question asked in interview is not these: “What is your strength?”, “What do you think you can contribute to the company?” or “What is your career aspiration?”. To me, the make-my-heart-stop-a-beat question is “Do you have any questions for us (the company)?”.             My inner thought is like: Wow, now you want me to ask you questions when this is an interview OF me? Most of the time, we think that job interviews are for us to show the best version of ourselves to fit the criteria and requirements of the job sets. No question asked. But little do we realize that this is not a full-on Q&A section for company to know you. It is an interactive conversation between 2 parties who want to get the best out of each other for the better.             People tend to have this misconception that only people who are fool and stupid ask questions, especially tho...
