Mental Health 0.3: Time to Stand up For YourSoulf

When was the last time you happily sang in the shower with no rush ? When was the last time you played innocently like a kid with no phone and no internet? When was the last time you stood up for the right things even though all the others were against you – not affected by mass pressure? When was the last time you dreamt about unicorns, rainbows and fantasies instead of having insomnia worrying about your life? When was the last time you looked inside the mirror and thought you were the most beautiful person ever in this earth and not worried about your appearances? . .           Last time, last time, when is it this time?           If not now, when? If not then, why? If not ever, how? . . Time to unclutter your inner soul like how you organize your stuffs in the room. Throw away unused emotions like how fast you threw your ex’s stuffs without a second thought. ...

Mental Health 0.2: You are not a SAVIOR!

Helping vs Caring Do you really try to help in a good intention or something else?      When your loved ones are suffering or facing some problems, are you eager to help out by voicing out your solutions, your recommendations to do this and do that? You will be so contented and happy when they accept your methods, even if they actually did not really ask for it and haven’t completed what they wanna tell ya.  Yeah, you got that right! You maybe have some savior complex going on in you.      Savior complex , or called as white knight syndrome , is the time that you put your disgusting gross finger into other people’s businesses and think that you are saving their butt off. But, actually it is annoying to them because no one asks for them.      We literally live in a world surrounding of K-drama scenes broadcasting how the hero is saving the life of a depressed and financially draught girl from some traumatized moments. Do you really think this is good ENOUGH?”           Sometimes, all these voices come from people around you, but most of the time it comes from the voices within yourself. If you feel that way after managing to finish a task or achieve something, I guess you get a little bit of impostor syndrome.           Imposter syndrome means the lack of affirmation of yourself after able to achieve something or complete a work by proven facts. You view your own success as being someone’s work. You view yourself of being lucky to be able to get a new job. You do not validate your o...

Fake it really can make it when you are...

Fake it really can make it when you are human being with perseverance, passion and pen to jot down what I am going to tell to inspire you. 😏 Okay, here's the point. If you really think I have some magic to help you fake your life through and through, then you must be first time knowing me - because of how BS a person I am.      Fake it can definitely make it. But the problem is how long you are going to stay 'there' even you know your soul is not really 'there'.       Passion is not easy. Gary Vaynerchuk , Chairman of VaynerX/CEO of Vayner Media/5-times-Best-Selling-Author, once said: "Skill is cheap. Passion is priceless." If everyone CAN become doctor, this world wouldn't be having so many public demonstration about working more than 36 hours but paid with unreasonable low salary. If everyone WANTS to become stewardess, there would be 100% unemployment rate shot up during this pandemic era. No excuse. Just res...
