I love WORKOUT! Perception changes me! All about the IQ

Recently, I have come across an article about how mental exercise is as much important as physical exercise. It can give you an out-of-the-world satisfaction. There are 13 ways briefly mentioned in the article to practice the mental strength that I have found some of them reciprocates the same with me surprisingly : love a good challenge , focus on what is in control , venture out of comfort zone, have true confidence, embrace change , no fear no regret, and crave for feedback and criticism.        It is always mindset over anything. You believe something and then your subconscious will be more willingly to do that something, instead of carrying that notion without any action. People surrounding me always perceive me as a very confident person and I have a smarties-ass look on my face. My English can be viewed as quite good by my friends and my family, but people do not realize what I have done behind the ‘success’ of it. Actually, I take a lot of efforts for 10...

Be Water, my frenzzz

“Empty your mind, be formless, be shapeless – like water. Now you put water in a cup, it becomes the cup; you put water into a bottle it becomes the bottle; you put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.”, quoted by the one and only one legend. This video shows Bruce Lee's philosophy thoughts.  Do check it out. It flows, it changes shapes and it can be as powerful as a grenade. Being a swimmer means able to move freely above the surface and push against the water when it comes your way up front. Speed, agility and rapid movement are required.           Whereas, a lifesaver needs to be calm, level-headed and sane. Going deep down into the water, I have to suf...

Love Not Hate

LOVE is a very simple and straightforward word, yet people struggle to live by its means . We could easily say out ‘I love you’, but do we really mean it? Do you really “act” on the LOVE, or just merely speaking it because it’s  convenient or follow what people are saying only? Does your behaviour and attitude justify that you truly put your heart on me, or is it just some blanket statement as useless as that piles of face masks abandoned on the roadside? In recent days, there have been a lot of “eventful” happenings around the world. First, the global George Floyd horrible homicide by brutal police force; next, our former Miss Universe Malaysia’s mindless, insensitive comment about this incident; then, the sudden spikes of horrendous drink-driving accidents going around in Malaysia. More and more negativity and selfishness spread around even faster than the pandemic nowadays. It is awful and downright disgusting. We all live in a big community that emphasizes strong inter...
